Leah and Chris
It was a cloudy December day filled with laughter, love and the most important
people. The ceremony was held in the Pialligo Estate Glasshouse, overlooking some
of Canberra’s most iconic sights such as Parliament House and Telstra Tower.
With a slight rain shower, just before the wedding ceremony, the weather went in
the couple’s favour and cleared just in time for beautiful cloud covered sky photos
with Daniel from Keepsakephoto in the Olive grove and vineyard at the Estate.
With a gorgeous colour palette of soft creams and greyish blues, the modern
themed wedding was complemented by native greens, pinks and burgundy florals.
As the late afternoon sun made an appearance, the reception commenced in the
Glasshouse highlighting a sharing menu including kingfish ceviche, oysters, beef
tartare, prawns, a range of Pialligo Estate Smokehouse produce, charcuterie stations,
lamb cutlets, char siu pork, chicken yakitori, and to finish, the stunning wedding
cake by Cupallini Cakes and a gorgeous donut wall by La Ombre Creations.
