Chef Marco Pierre White announced for
Canberra Good Food Month
British restaurateur and culinary
great Marco Pierre White is
coming to Canberra as part of
Good Food Month for 2018.
The chef, who was the youngest
ever to be awarded three Michelin
stars, will join forces with Ben
Willis, head chef of two-hatted
Aubergine, for a one-off event on
In the kitchen, Willis will
recreate his own favourite recipes
of White’s, with his own special
twist, and the dishes will be
introduced by both chefs who
will discuss the inspir ation behind
The three course dinner will be
ser ved with matching wines, and is
on at the National Portr ait Gallery.
