Baptist Community Services provides care for
thousands of people on a daily basis, is seeking a
full-time Registered Nurse for our Transitional Therapy
& Care Program to join our BCS Care Centre,
Canberra. The role will include assessment,
development of care plans, and coordination of
services, leading a team of Care Staff and
administering clinical care to clients exiting a hospital
setting to the Mullangarrie Unit.
The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse,
must have well developed leadership, communication
and negotiation skills, be able to work as part of a
multi-disciplinary team and be client-focused to
enable best outcomes for clients and their families.
BCS is a not-for-profit Christian organisation that has

FOR ROAD CLOSURE
Under the provisions of Part 8 of the Roads Act
1993, notice is hereby given of the following
temporary road closure.
Williamsdale Road from a point
approximately 6.6km to approximately 8.2km
East from the Monaro Highway between
Monday 19 September to
Saturday 15 October 2011
The purpose of this closure is to facilitate works
associated with the Murrumbidgee to Googong
water pipeline project.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that
the necessary works are concluded within the
above time frame, factors such as inclement
weather or other unexpected local
environmental conditions may adversely affect
the timeliness of this work.
Further advice will be given in the event that
these circumstances change.
Formal marked detours will be in place around
the work zone via Monaro Highway, Old Cooma
Road and Burra Road.
